EDUCATION FOR A BETTER WORLD*
Creating sustainable solutions
We love developing experiential learning opportunities that connect students and communities around the world. If you’re looking to design a new program for your students or want help with creating intercultural learning and/or human rights curricula, we got you!
How we’ll work together:
Phase 1: Discovery
Whether entirely remote via zoom or in-person, our consultant will begin learning about your organization by interviewing relevant team members and identifying program goals to gain a better understanding of the project scope.
Phase 2: Research
The consultant will work with your team to identify key stakeholders and resources, outline project goals, analyze program gaps and opportunities worth addressing to prioritize our program design process.
PHASE 3: Strategy
From the insights gathered, we will craft a project proposal that details the program goals, milestones, resources, project stakeholders, curricular and programmatic activities to execute the projects.
PHASE 4: Present strategy
The consultant will send the project proposal to your team for review on their own to prepare questions and make changes. We will address changes to the project scope during the second strategy call.
Phase 5: Execution
During this project phase, the consultant will put his plan in motion by executing the work. Here, the consultant will create curricular materials, train employees on new materials/concepts, and communicate any changes to the scope or deadlines.
Deliverables
After the completion of the project, the consultant will deliver materials, discuss and document lessons learned with the team, and deliver the data collected during the project life cycle to inform future designs.
